Beta edition Updated

Terms & Conditions

The rules for participating in the Noodlez beta, sharing ideas and using any separately enabled token features.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Noodlez website and app at noodlez.lol, operated by NOODLEZ LLC, based in Cyprus (“Noodlez”, “we”, “us”). Contact us at legal@noodlez.lol.

Please read these terms before participating. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; it is not a blanket request for consent to every type of processing.

2. Beta and availability

Noodlez is in beta. Features, interfaces and availability may change, and errors or interruptions can occur. Profiles, proposals, voting and project chat are community features. They do not require a payment or SOL deposit.

A proposal, vote, countdown or BETA badge is not a promise that a token will launch. The app offers deposits only when a separately enabled transaction flow is available. Do not send funds directly to an address merely to test the community beta.

We may pause a feature to address security, abuse or operational issues. Where we control the interface, we will seek to keep recovery information available for existing on-chain positions; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party networks.

3. Eligibility and your account

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who may lawfully use it where they are located. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading account information, or use another person’s wallet without authority.

You are responsible for securing your wallet, device and linked sign-in methods. Wallet authentication may request a sign-in signature; that is different from approving a transfer. Read every wallet prompt. We will never ask you to send a seed phrase or private key through chat, email or support.

Connecting an account does not make votes, reputation, badges, project selection or any future rewards a guaranteed entitlement. Participation is subject to the published rules and applicable anti-abuse checks.

4. Public content and your rights

Public profiles, associated wallet addresses, proposals, media, placed votes and project-chat messages may be visible to anyone. Do not publish confidential information or another person’s personal information without an appropriate basis.

You retain your rights in your content. You give Noodlez a non-exclusive permission to host, store, display, technically format and process that content only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the service. You must have the rights needed to publish it.

Published proposals are versioned and cannot be freely edited through the app. That product rule does not remove statutory privacy or intellectual-property rights: send a correction, removal or rights request to legal@noodlez.lol. Public copies made by others may remain outside our control.

5. Community rules and moderation

Do not use Noodlez for scams, phishing, impersonation, unlawful content, doxxing, harassment, malicious links, infringement or attempts to compromise the service. Do not manipulate participation through automated spam, fabricated accounts or coordinated evasion of voting and reputation limits.

We may investigate, hide content, restrict participation or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users or comply with law. A vote or a report is not proof that a proposal is safe, authentic or unlawful.

To report abuse or dispute a moderation action, contact legal@noodlez.lol with a public project link or relevant message details. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal data. Moderation is not a guarantee that every harmful item will be detected.

6. Token features and financial risk

If token or vault features are separately enabled, review the applicable preset, fees, network, amounts, recipients and wallet simulation before signing. The public documentation and the specific transaction review describe the feature; an interface status does not override the actual on-chain state.

Crypto assets can lose all value, become illiquid or be affected by smart-contract failures, network congestion, malicious activity and third-party outages. Community selection is not investment advice, a recommendation, an audit or an endorsement. There are no guaranteed returns, liquidity, launch times or creator earnings.

Network fees may be charged even when a transaction fails. Refunds, withdrawals, claim eligibility, deposit fees and liquidity locks follow the relevant program and recorded transaction history. Do not assume that every fee is refundable or that permanently locked liquidity can be recovered.

Your personal-wallet transactions require the applicable wallet’s authorization. Noodlez also uses separately controlled operational wallets for launch administration; those permissions are not control over every user’s wallet. We cannot unilaterally reverse finalized transactions on an independent blockchain.

7. Third-party services

Noodlez integrates services including Privy, Supabase, Netlify, Solana infrastructure and, where enabled, Meteora and wallet providers. Their availability, functionality and applicable terms are separate from ours. Third-party logos identify technology or supported services, not a partnership or endorsement.

External sites and community links may be supplied by users. Check the destination and token address yourself; names, symbols, social accounts and artwork can be copied.

8. Responsibility and your rights

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise error-free operation, suitability for a particular purpose or the accuracy of user-submitted content. We remain responsible for obligations that the law places on us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to a competent court or supervisory authority.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or communicated through an available account-contact channel as appropriate; additional agreement will be requested where required. Updates do not retroactively authorize a transaction or remove accrued mandatory rights.

You can stop using the service at any time. Account or data requests are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. For questions, complaints or support, contact legal@noodlez.lol.
