“One coin at a time.”

The room picks it. The room funds it.

Overview

Bring an idea. The room votes. One coin gets the next bowl. One net allocation price, the same rules, no private lane.

  • One recipe for every coin.
  • No team bag, no blacklist, no launch tax.
  • Showing up first does not buy a better price.
  • Votes, money, and the rules stay in the open.

This is the Noodlez token mint, not a deposit address or a token from the proposal queue.

The 120-minute cycle

The kitchen stays open. A bowl that misses 21 SOL does not stall the next one.

  1. 01

    Vault open

The chosen coin takes SOL. You can still pull yours back while the bowl is open.

  2. 02

    Public snapshot

The window closes. The next coin is picked in public, from the ranking everyone can see.

  3. 03

    Ready. Set. Go.

One price settles, the pool is born, and the first liquidity locks for good.

  4. 04

    Claim + trade

After a successful incubation, token claims unlock at GO. Pool trading follows its on-chain activation and verified readiness.

The chain tells the truth.

If a transaction takes its time, the room waits with it. You see the real status and the transaction. A launch is never acted out.

The queue stays public

A Solana wallet is enough to post and vote. Come back later with the email already tied to that same profile.

Selection orderWeighted score unique voters earliest publication

The inaugural cycle is marked First launch and does not use the queue ranking. Following launches use the public selection order above.

Each proposal has a shareable page with its lore, links, author, publication date, public voters and its own community chat. Banners are optional and lock when published. Votes remain removable and reusable while a proposal is in the queue. Once selected, they freeze and are not returned if incubation later fails. Reports are public signals, not automatic verdicts; a project formally under review is skipped at the snapshot without losing its votes.

One net allocation price

Allocation is proportional to net accepted SOL, not deposit time. Deposit fees, network costs and rounding are separate; different deposit and withdrawal histories can have different all-in costs.

Success floor21SOL net
Accepted cap21SOL net
Per identity2.25SOL max

Concentration stays bounded. Filling 21 SOL with the 2.25 SOL identity cap takes at least 10 participants and limits one identity to 2.14% of total supply. Deposits above 21 shrink that share. Reaching 21 does not end the vault early.

01

Deposit

Start with at least 0.05 SOL net. Your escrow is capped at 2.25 SOL net; later top-ups can be smaller. Each deposit pays a fee. Withdrawing before close returns principal, not that fee.

02

Settle Pro Rata

If demand exceeds 21 SOL, excess principal and the refundable share of recorded deposit fees become claimable after close, with native per-escrow rounding.

03

Claim at GO

A successful incubation unlocks token claims at GO. The native claim does not depend on the pool being ready.

Miss 21 SOL and the bowl goes back. Remaining principal and eligible deposit fees become refundable under native rules. This is separate from a voluntary withdrawal. The supply is burned and the mint retired before the failed cycle is closed.

21 million. Split once.

The coin launches straight into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool. No bonding curve, no team bag, no second mint. The picture, the story, and every link from the proposal ride with it, and that card locks at launch.

What you can count on

The recipe is public. A few last checks still happen on mainnet before the first bowl takes SOL.

The recipe
  • No team allocation. No private settings.
  • Votes, the ranking, and the money stay public.
  • The first liquidity stays locked. Both halves.
  • The creator claims fees only from the wallet that holds their half.
  • Nobody can mint more, freeze holders, or swap the coin card later.
Before the first bowl takes SOL
  • The opening price range, read back from the real pool.
  • The trading fee, sitting between 1% and 1.50% on that pool.
  • Native failure and overflow fee refunds, including withdrawal histories and rounding.
  • Claims staying closed until GO, proven on the program itself.
  • The 50/50 split and the lock, read from both positions.
  • Points for the SOL you actually keep.
  • Linked wallets slow abuse. They do not prove one human.

Short answers

Does depositing earlier improve my allocation?

No. Tokens have the same allocation price per net accepted SOL, regardless of arrival time. Deposit fees, network costs and rounding are separate; withdrawing and depositing again can increase your all-in cost.

What happens above 21 SOL?

The Vault stays open until the scheduled close. Only 21 SOL net is accepted. Excess principal and the refundable share of recorded deposit fees become claimable under native rules and per-escrow rounding. Filling 21 SOL does not launch the pool or start the next Vault early.

Does withdrawing return my deposit fee?

No. A voluntary withdrawal during the open window returns principal, not the deposit fee. A new deposit pays another fee. Final failure or overflow refunds are separate and follow native eligibility and rounding.

What shows up in a wallet?

The picture, the story, and every link you filled in. After the coin launches, that card stays put. Nobody can swap it for another.

Can a proposal be edited after publishing?

No. It stays immutable while voting or incubating. After archival, the author may publish a new V2 without inheriting votes.

Can I edit my public profile?

Your profile picture can be replaced at any time. Your username can be changed once after registration, then it becomes permanent.

Can other users add liquidity later?

Yes. Other participants may add liquidity and earn their proportional share of pool fees. Both positions derived from Noodlez's initial liquidity remain permanently locked.

What does a successful creator earn?

No tokens or project control. The creator owns a permanently locked Position NFT for 50% of the initial position's LP fees and signs each claim from their profile. Before other liquidity joins, that is 40% of the trading fee. It is not a fixed percent of volume and excludes fees earned by external LPs.

Does identity login equal proof of one human?

No. Linked wallets are aggregated under one Privy identity and anti-abuse controls apply, but the system does not claim perfect proof of personhood.
